A key part of the grid is the distribution network,which is a key component of each region.After the investment and construction of the distribution network in Changjiang District in recent years,its various indicators have improved a lot,but there are also problems affecting the quality of power supply,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of a unified and strong smart grid.In order to further explore the adaptability of the urban and rural distribution network in Changjiang District to the new situation and new requirements,we will systematically plan the construction of the power grid,implement the distribution network planning work of the State Grid Corporation and the provincial company’s requirements for 2017,and supply power to Changjiang District.On the basis of the completed “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”,the company will study the “Regulation of Distribution Network in Changjiang District” with the “Guidelines for the Guiding Ideas of the State Grid Corporation”.This paper takes the Changjiang District distribution network upgrade planning program as the research content,and carries out research work on the current situation analysis of the power grid in Changjiang District,power demand forecasting,grid planning goals,distribution network planning in Changjiang District,investment estimation and planning effect analysis.Firstly,the current situation of the power grid in Changjiang District is analyzed,including the social profile of Changjiang District and the economic development of Changjiang District.The status quo of distribution network in Changjiang District was introduced in detail,and the analysis was carried out from the aspects of power supply area overview,power supply construction,current status of 110(66)kV power grid and current status of 10 kV power grid.Finally,the main problems of the power system in Changjiang District are summarized from the aspects of power supply capacity,power grid structure,construction funds and construction environment.Secondly,the power demand forecasting study of Changjiang District was carried out.Due to the rapid growth of residential electricity consumption and industrial electricity consumption in Changjiang District,under the premise of considering the characteristics of the power grid of Changjiang District,the industry single consumption method and the per capita comprehensive electricity method were adopted.The natural growth plus load method,the maximum load utilization hour method,the natural growth plus point load method are used to predict the total social power consumption and maximum power load in Changjiang District,and give specific prediction results.Secondly,from the power supply area division,distribution network target,distribution network construction standard reference,planning focus on the Changjiang District power grid planning objectives.Taking into account the existing power grid indicators and existing problems in Changjiang,the key planning for improving the power supply capacity and power supply quality of Changjiang Distribution Network is given.At the same time,the 110(66)kV and 10 kV power grid planning in Changjiang District was studied.From the aspects of power supply planning,grid planning,and recommendations for the upper-level power grid,specific 110(66)kV and 10 kV planning were proposed according to the requirements.The plan proposes the recommendations of the upper-level grid and develops its vision.Finally,the investment estimation and planning effects were studied,and the overall investment estimation and classification project investment results were given,and the specific planning effects were analyzed.
