Asphalt pavement is widely used in highway pavement. However, in practical engineering applications, the asphalt pavement affected by various factors that developes many diseases, such as early cracking, rutting, and loose, which seriously affects the normal performance of the road. Combined with the practice of Jing'an (Yan'an) expressway project, the research was carried out tests on the low-temperture performance, durability and deformation capacity of high-temperature resistance, in order to directly serve the objective of construction, according to different function requirements on asphalt mixture properties in top, middle and bottom surface courses. The effect of aggregates size, mass ratio, volume ratio on mixture vibrated void volume was analyzed by the vibration-filling test with the idea of interlocking framework and dense filling. The critical condition that the third trough of mixture void volume Change Curve was regarded as ideal interlocked filling was confirmed. The framework, filling aggregates size and corresponding mass ratio was recommended.Combining with the theory of mineral aggregate's grade-composing, the optimal grade composing's design method of interlocked filling mineral for asphaltic mixture was advanced, and the ideal software QJTC V 1.0 was designed by Turbo C. The effect of thermal ageing on the result of Marshall test, the hypothermal performance of rupture resistance, and high temperature stability was analysed contrastively, the effect of inevitable short-term thermal ageing on volume index and highway performance in construction should be taken into account in determining OAC,when designing asphaltic mixture proportion. using autopoietic DSR of flexible materials, the ability of shear resistance at high temperature was analysed contrastively before thermal ageing and after, it was found that the mount and aggregate influenced the shear intensity and shear displacement clearly. Based on test analysis of pavement performance indoor and confirmed by engineering test, the optimal grade composing's design method of interlocked filling mineral for asphaltic mixture was advanced.
