With the development of economy in resent years, people demand more improvements of application functions and comfort of buildings. Tall buildings become complicated and diverse, and many new structure styles and complex structures which are out of the Rules of Code come out. In this paper, the author summarized methods of antiseismic analysis and analyzed the characteristic of some methods. Besides, the dynamic time-history analysis was done to the general high-rise building—shearwall structure supported by frame with core-cube and openings on floor, which is widely used now.A model of shearwall structure supported by frame with core-cube and openings on floor is designed with the software PKPM for the research. Plane and elevation layout of the model are simple and regular. Subsequently, the author created a fine 3D-finite-element model based on the model with program—ANSYS. After that the author did a series of studies by changing parameters to find out how the structure was influenced by the size of openings on floor above transfer storey, the distribution of tie beams along the height direction of the structure and the stiffness of tie beams. The main contents of the paper are as follows.(1)Finite element mode analysis and dynamic time-history analysis had been done to six 3D-finite-element models with different size of openings on floor. According to the computational analysis, the author gave out an appropriate size of openings on floor to keep entire structure in good condition of lateral stiffness and torsional stiffness. Also the author gave out an appropriate rate of opening to control the individual movement of subregions in superstructure. The research in this paper provided the designer with useful suggestion for structural design.(2) According to the computational analysis about eight 3D-finite-element models of different setting of tie beams along the height direction of the structure, designers shall set tie beams at all storeys without interval, so that the lateral stiffness, torsional Stiffness and entirety of superstructure are appropriate for the entire structure. Besides, if any storeys are planned to be set without tie beam, make sure that the number of interval storeys between those storeys with tie beams should be less than two.(3) After the computational analysis about nine 3D-finite-element models with different stiffness, the author consider that changing the stiffness of tie beams will have great influence on the working condition of tie beams. In addition, the author give out appropriate stiffness range to weak its impact on the working condition of tie beams. The result provided designers with some advice for designing the structure. The research in this paper offered some useful advice for the design of shearwall structure supported by frame with core-cube and openings on floor. It will be beneficial to popularize of the structure style. Moreover, the research will be helpful for researches of other structures refer to openings on floor and other factors similar to the structure studied in this paper.
