Research On Slip Control System Of Wheeled Cold Milling Machine

In order to increase the productivity of the cold milling machine and decrease the consumption of the slip power and tire wear, the slip control system of wheeled cold milling machine is the research object. Target parameter is determined and the mathematic model of the system is finished in the research.The research on control system of wheeled cold milling machine analyzed the domestic and foreign slip control system status and slip control situation of the drive system and introduced the cause of slip in detail. Through summarizing existing measurement method, the research offers method of measuring the speed of the front-wheel driving cold milling machine, provides a way for real-time measurement. Kinematics and dynamics of the drive system, the relationship between the slip and adhesion force and the influence on slip of cold milling machine are analyzed. The objective point for slip control system of the cold milling machine is defined. The slip control system of the cold milling machine is designed. The mathematic model of the slip control system is established.According to the control system, a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller is designed. The simulation model of slip control system of wheeled cold milling machine is established with Matlab/Simulink and the control system is simulatedOn the base of the analysis of kinematics and dynamics of the drive system, the curve to show the traction of the cold milling machine via slip ratio is given. The control point to satisfy the aim tractive efficiency and productivity is funded. The method of the speed control is put forward. In accordance with the control strategy and control algorithm, a mathematic model of the slip control system and the simulation model of the control system are built up. The simulation of the milling depth 4cm and the milling depth 12cm show that the slip control system of cold milling machine has raised the work efficiency and tractive efficiency of the slip control system of cold milling machine.
