Because of the characteristic of relatively static to the Earth, geosynchronous satellite has been an important platform for investigating space utilization all around the world. It plays a crucial role in safeguarding national interests.Geosynchronous satellite takes on broad application because wide coverage, operation stabilization, etc.In this paper, the geosynchronous satellite's specialty and system operating mechanism are analyzed according to application demand and the research situation of domestic and abroad is discussed in detail, including component, principle and technical performance.Firstly, the geosynchronous satellite's work pattern, work mode and signal link are analyzed in this paper. A new geosynchronous working system is proposed. Furthermore, the geosynchronous satellite simulation system is set up.The main performance elements are evaluated in this simulation system.Lastly, according to the ratio of cost and effect, several semi-geosynchronous satellite projects are compared and the optimized project is proposed. A high efficiency semi-geosynchronous satellite working system is proposed. The optimization and emulation research is carried out and the design project is validated.
