Design And Implement Of Enterprise Portal For EHV Company Of State Grid

With the continuous development of enterprise informatization, most companies have more or less on some of the informatization construction, but still fails to reach the level of "comprehensive" informationization. There are two main problems, one is "the unstructured data is still there, there is still considerable part of business data stored in personal computers or Email system, but not under unified management, second is the "structured" data integration difficulties, because of the different technical standards, it is very difficult for the business systems (such as financial, ERP system, etc.) to share information or transfer data with each other, so that they cannot improve the comprehensive level of informatization. To build an enterprise portal is now a widely used method to solve these problems. This paper is just discussing these issues based on the experiences of building enterprise portal of EHV Company, attached to state grid, which is using WSS 3.0 (Windows SharePoint Services 3.0) as the platform.This article begins with a macro analysis of the current national enterprise informatization facing both structured and unstructured problems, then compares the two famous enterprise portal products - SharePoint and WebSphere, in considering the needs of this project, identifies using WSS 3.0 as a development platform for this project. Secondly, from business, storage and application roles aspects, shows a comprehensive analysis for the requirements of EHV Company building this enterprise portal. Thirdly, shows the detailed design of proposed programs, then the function modules and storage implementation for infrared testing which I mainly involved, and also describes the way we manage the infrared testing information. Finally, briefly summarizes the completed work of this project, and looks forward to the functionality that can be improved and further development of enterprise portal.Through the building of enterprise portal, EHV Company owns a comprehensive management and organization for the information in the enterprise, including infrared testing information, the existing Email system and OA system. The mainly discussed functionality of infrared testing information management in this paper also has reference value for the enterprises which have lots of infrared spectra or general pictures and want to build the enterprise portal as well.
