Special education schools are the principle form of special education in our country. They not only play an exemplary role to other forms of special education, but also are the development criterion of local education and civilization.The objective of special education is to meet the maximal demand of exceptional children of local society, smooth their ways towards communities by teaching them knowledge and skills, discovering their potential as well as building up their personalities. As special education schools are usually isolated from public, there are disadvantages with their children fitting in the needs of local communities, but the idea of integrated education and recommended recently has promoted the reform of traditional special education.
