Developing the urban railway transportation system is recognized as the best way to deal with the problem of block. Still there are some urgent problems need to be solved, including the problem of how to collect and reuse the braking energy.The current vehicles work in the short distance between two stations , the vehicles restart and brake frequently, several common brake methods are applied which includes air brake ,resistance brake and regeneration brake. While air brake and resistance brake transform the motive energy into heat which leaks into the air, so the braking energy can't be recycled. The regeneration brake system may absorb the motive energy while braking and feeds the energy back to the DC web, meanwhile the energy can be utilized by other vehicles. In the practical comditions, high voltage of DC webs and large interval of two vehicles prevent the application of regeneration brake, the web voltage is higher than the resistance voltage is also the problem,in that case its difficult to put regeneration brake system into practice. After all, a new way to collect the motive energy while vehicles braking ,so we can handle the problem of low efficiency.With the non-stop development of energy reserve technology, new equipments with great energy density and power density come to the world, so it brand a new way to solve the problem. The paper discusses the research on a kind of new energy reserve equipment ,and put it into practice.The paper bellow introduces the main circle with switch components IGBT, the control circle and protection circle are built with the core of MCU 80C196. During the process, the methods to ensure the parameters of components in main circle were made clear and the trials repeated several times. Results of the experiments convey to us that the circles and the control strategies can meet the demand of regeneration brake system applied in the vehicles ,besides the high accuracy can be achieved ,so the vehicles can apply the regeneration brake system while running in the normal conditions .
