| With the increasing expansion of city size, traffic problems become more prominent, with the advantages of large capacity, low pollution, safety and fast, city rail vehicles become an important mean to solve traffic crowd problems. In which,train operation control system play an important role on the safety of rail vehicles. In the development or selection of design time of traction and braking system, if can be combined with software and hardware simulation approach in the laboratory. For different subjects, simulate train's control and running process in a real environment, develop train traction and Brake system or trains running traction and assess braking performance subsystem, will make the cost of train traction and braking system development and selection greatly reduced.This paper combined train traction calculate theory, real-time simulation software, computer control technology, direct air brake and traction technology, through LabVIEW programming software designed traction and braking characteristics control subsystem, train traffic real-time simulation subsystem, data acquisition and processing software several components of orbital vehicle simulation operation control system, to achieve a rail vehicle operation control system's major structures and functions. Use of industrial control machine, and data acquisition card and other hardware, simulate rail vehicles running on the direct air brake system testing and implementation of AC motor testing is succeed. The control software can real-time simulate vehicles running in electric traction, electric air combined braking, emergency braking and skid condition in scheduled load, scheduled line of rail to realize the AC traction system and train brake system performance simulation test.Using this system, the design of the hardware platform can play its due role on rail vehicle traction control system, electro-pneumatic brake control system, combined traction inverter and traction motor in development, make contribution in the localization of city rail vehicles . |
