The reducer for variable pitch driver used in high power wind turbine is one of the key parts in wind turbine system,and the load-capacity,mechanical properties and reliability for maintenance-free life of the reducer are one of the key factors which affect the normal operation and maintenance-free life of the entire wind turbine system. The thesis is based on the ministry of education found for studying abroad organized project—the research on the driver for variable pitch system in used in High Power Wind Turbine and studies the optimization design and force analysis of double-stage cycloid reducer for variable pitch system used in wind turbine generators with power of 1.5MW. The follows are my work:(1) Based on the force analysis of traditional cycloid reducer, the paper analysised the force between cycloid gear and pins and the force between cycloid gear and the bearings, and analysised the force of input shaft, middle shaft and output shaft, and established their mathematics equation,and programmed for the calculation.(2) Considering the force and deformation of uniform-load ring and the gap between pins and pin-holes, the paper used improved structure of pins'cantilever side plus uniform-load ring,and then analysised the force and deformation of the pin and uniform-load ring, gived the detailed formulas,and programmed for the calculation, proved the improved structure's effectiveness with uniform-load on each pin and higher strength of pins.(3) On condition that meeting the intensity of strength and life, the paper used method of exhaustion, optimized the parameter of the cycloid drive with maximum of power per volume,and programed for the parameter optimization with the soft of Visual Basic 6.0, by the calculation result and optimization result,it proved that when given the drive ratio,the speed of the input shaft and the rated output torque,we can get the parameter of cycloid drive with maximum of power per volume by the parameter optimization program.(4) The paper established three-dimensional model of the reducer's parts with optimized parameter by soft of Pro/E, and assembled the parts, checked that there isn't any interference between parts, offered the basement for the manufacture of prototype.
