Double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive is a new pattern drive. After analyzing the merits and the shortcomings of involute-gear ring-plate drive and traditional cycloid drive each, we proposed the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, which possess the merits of small volume,light weight,wide range of transmission ratio,high efficiency,uniform operating,well kint-structure.Also, the drive is able to transfer larger torque and power than the existing planetary cycloid drive.Therefore, it is the first-line innovation in the world.In order to realize four targets which include high load-capacity,high transmission efficiency,high reliability and excellent dynamics performance,we thought over all the demands which include multi-tooth mesh,calming operation and equilibrating-load ring-plate,and designed the rational structure of the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer drived by three gears.Through comparing with the traditional cycloid drive,we can find the difference in the drive form. In the traditional cycloid drive, the pin-gear goes round the fixed axis and the cycloid gear is a planetary gear.But,in this new double crank drive,the cycloid gear is no longer a planetary gear. It is mounted on the output shaft directly.Basing on the force anslyse of the traditional cycloid drive,we built the exact force analyse maths model of the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer. We caculated the intensity of the crucial parts and checked the life of the bearings. Comparing the results, we see the forces born by the bearings reduce about half in the new pattern drive and the bearings' life increases naturely.According to the general efficiency formula, we derivated the efficiency formula of this kind of transmition and caculated the efficiency of the manufactured double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, which offered the theoretic reference to the efficiency experiment.After the force alalyses, the Parametric optimization design for the designed reducer is carried out.Comparing the optimization results with the advancedcycloid drive of Japan, we concluded that the torque and power of the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive we have developed is two times larger than existing high performance cycloid planetary drive with the same radius of the pin roller center circle,and achieved the anticipant aim.Aimed at the parallel four-bar mechanism based on Double Crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive,This thesis analyzed the effects of deflection of bar-length and joint-gaps on force of linkages,according to the principle of kinetics .And builted the force analyse model.Then provide determinate theoretical foundation in mechanism design for guaranted the reliability of intension and movement about component.Three-dimensional models of double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer drived by tree gears were established by Pro/E.And, parametric design for central parts were realized.Then we can design the geometry model well-suited,improve design efficiency.
