Cycloid steel ball reducer is a reducer through steel ball and Cycloid groove meshing passed power,essentially for planetary drive with small teeth difference,large transmission ratio,high efficiency,small volume,no return difference,and has good application prospects in precision instruments and small equipment,but at present this kind of the reducer is dependent on imports,no independent production capacity,main reasons is reducer of design process not perfect,processing technology not in place,so this article analysis of reducer's basic principle,using genetic algorithm to design specific parameters of cycloid ball reducer,to study its structure and properties,and design of special processing device to solve the problem for machining cycloid reducer.Based on Cycloid steel ball reducer of basic drive principle,using differential geometry theory on Cycloid of formed and the Cycloid groove of actual tooth profile for is derived,using the method of mechanism conversion analysis of different structure of ratio;according to the conditions of continuous transmission reducer volume and analysis of the internal relations between parameters and value range;calculated the stress state of cycloid steel ball contact parts,ring groove ball contact parts by using Hertz theory and simulated by ANSYS workbenchBased on MATLAB genetic algorithm Toolbox of reducer optimization design,based on Cycloid steel ball reducer drive system of motion law and the conditions,this article determines optimization design variable,establishes points target function;Based on the principle of analytic hierarchy process,adopts the combination method of weighting ideal point method and linear methods to determine the total objective function system;through analysis constraints conditions,structures reducer's multiobjective optimization design mathematics model based on genetic algorithm;for instance analysis,Method of qualitative analysis of the effect of design variables on the target function,respectively,for single-objective optimization and multi-objective optimization and compares optimize results to the traditional design.By using the genetic algorithm to optimize the results,this article designs one level and two level Cycloid steel ball reducer virtual prototype and the Pro/E models;using ADAMS for dynamics simulation analysis,the rotational speed and ball contact force and the simulation value obtained is compared with the ANSYS on the input shaft;the modal analysis of the inherent the frequency and vibration mode,put forward improved method to avoid resonance;based on the ANSYS Workbench of the statics analysis of reducer.Studying the processing method of cycloid disk,according to parts surface Cycloid groove of formed method and relative movement principle,this article establishes Cycloid groove processing equipment of mathematics model,through the comparative analysis of different design scheme,design a new type of processing equipment,the main features of the tool position does not move,composite motion processing device with respect to the tool to form cycloid trajectory and design,processing equipment under certain parameters,builds the Pro/E model and motion simulation.By using MATLAB/GUI interface,the design software of the first order cycloid steel ball reducer is developed.
