The Study Of Visual Way In Mechanical Optimization Design

Mechanical Optimization Design is an important study direction in modern design methods, also the practical application of Optimizing calculation in mechanical field. However, with the increasingly complicated of modern optimization design, the traditional design method can not meet the demands of engineering design, that is why the visual technology is introduced. The introduction of visual technology is very important and of great significance to improve the practice and application of optimization in engineering filed and design quality and optimizing efficiency. The mechanical optimization design is an important part of generalized optimization design, however, the visual of mechanical optimization design need an integrated situation, so this subject is a study of popular man-machine interface and visual optimization design system, which is developed by Delphi 7.0 based on Windows platform, which has five modules, they are Input module of mathematics model, the selection of optimization, the show of optimizing graphics, the process of optimization of data ,the deal of optimizing process.This study can make the professional skilling man to use this system in practice to make the optimization design for specific engineering problem, who are short of optimization knowledge, by optimization of visual interface system of tube pole materials and planar linkage and realize the important significance of improving the wide application of engineering design.
