Explosion phenomena as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis and other disasters, is a disaster in people's production and life that occurs frequently. Explosion will cause serious damage to the buildings, while it will bring about huge losses of property and even endanger people's lives. Therefore, the subject about the influence of the building structures under explosion load brings world wide attention. Some foreign researchers had done a lot of experiments and researches on how to reduce loss of life and property caused by the explosion, and also had made some explosive blast-resistant measures. The research on blast-resistant proof is relatively backward in our country.In recent years the explosion phenomenon caused by the terrorist attacks and people's negligence in production and life increased gradually, so the research in this area needs to be strengthened urgently.Frame structure as the structure of modern architectural form which is applied most commonly is used widely in construction.In this study the different peak and duration blast loads are imposed on components of the bottom reinforced concrete frame structure.in the study, the finite element software SAP2000 is used to simulate the structural dynamic response under every kind of load.We obtain force changes and deformation process of the various components in the different time periods under the kinds of blast loads by the software simulation.We compared the structural response and the status of the plastic hinge on beams and columns under the different peak and different duration blast loads.So we get the general law of the frame dynamic response and failure process under blast loads, and then provide some reference for the actual engineering design.The results show that displacement of the components affected by explosion loads directly is very large and the components damage seriously, and the components nearby have a little displacement, but the deformation and displacement of the components far away from blast loading is very small, it notes that the destruction of structural components under explosive loads have a certain locality. The displacement curves of beams and slabs are roughly same, it indicates deformation of the beams and slabs has some coordination.
