| With the gradually development of city gas public utilities, gas explosion accidentswere occurred frequently in industrial and civil buildings. Gas explosion like fire,earthquake and other disasters, it will cause serious damage to buildings, it can cause hugelosses to people’s property and even endanger people’s life at the same time. Therefore,about this subject of the gas explosion impact on the structure has been the attention of theresearchers around the world. Because our country history is shorter than abroad that gasused in industrial and civil construction, for analysis damage of structural componentsunder gas explosion load is less, so for the study of structural elements dynamic responseproblem under gas explosion load is of great significance.At first, this paper for study on a engineering project of gas explosion accident,according to the related theory and experience to choose different peak load of gasexplosion, Using the finite element software of SAP2000to apply gas explosion load onthe explode position of model and combined with components damage situation ofbeams, columns, plates after explosion accident, estimate the gas explosion pressure valuewith the accident happened. Through the simulation calculation, it is concluded that whenthe gas explosion pressure value of about40kPa, the simulation results and the overalldamage of structure are basically the same. So verify the correctness of the modelparameters setting.Secondly, combining with the model of engineering project, according to thisreinforced concrete frame structural components apply gas explosion load of different peakvalues and time of duration, using the finite element software SAP2000to dynamicresponse of component on each load condition to simulation analysis, studying on thedevelopment of the plastic hinge. The results show that the displacement change trend ofeach component is similar and increasing with the increase of the explosion load under thegas explosion load of different peak values; With the increasing of the gas explosion load,appearing a lot of plastic hinges on the component of frame and most of plastic hinges appeared on the explosion area and adjacent components. The shorter of explosion time ofduration, the greater displacement of components in the same time under the gas explosionload of different time of duration; With the increasing of the time of duration, appearing alot of plastic hinges, components are damaged heavily, and having a great influence on thesurrounding components in the explosion area.Finally, investigate the structural situation under the gas explosion load on differentheight and the plastic hinges situation, the study shows that the biggest displacement nodesgenerated were large on the structural components with increasing the position of gasexplosion. Each node displacement trends are basically identical with the time change;appearing a lot of plastic hinges and components are damaged heavily near the explosionsite with the increase of height.Combining the above researches, the results fully show that components deformationare very large and the damage are serious by explosion load directly and has certaininfluence to adjacent structures and components of displacement deformation are verysmall far away from explosion load effected directly. It concludes that the destruction ofthe components are of locality under the gas explosion load. Beams displacement curve aresimilar to the shape of plates deformation under the gas explosion load, that showsdeformation of beams and plates are of great harmony. |
