Research On Urban Rive Landscape Planning Based On Green Infrastructure Concepts

The theme of 46th IFLA (2009 International Federation of Landscape Architects) is the"Green Infrastructure", which re-establish Green Infrastructure for the function of contemporary landscape architecture.To achieve smart protection and sustainable development, this paper puts forward the idea of building Green Infrastructure System as the basic strategies of urban planning and landscape design, and proposes the construction of green infrastructure as the basic strategic guidance. Generally speaking ,there are mainly three aspacts:①Planning Level: Conduct the research from the urban river landscape planning of special significance and value systems, planning objectives and principles,landscape planning elements and operating procedures, important planning aspacts, trying to establish a unified, complete, multi-level theoretical framework of urban river planning ,and implement the closed virtuous circle of Investigation—Analysis and Evaluation—Multiple Solutions for Planning—Public Participation—Implementation of Management—Dynamic Monitoring and Planning Revision. In the framework of guidelines, article concludes five major Sub plans : Ecological Management and Green Space Planning; Coastline, Vertical Planning and Urban Rive Ecological Revetments design; Transportation Planning; land use planning and building style Control of; history , culture and recreation planning five major Sub plans ,and put forward relvente strategies and methods.②Technical Level: by researching the key technologies of urban river landscape integrated development planning,this paper discuss how to achieve urban river landscape planning from the "gray" to "green" transformation and . Macro-view: building Basin planning control systems;Middle-view; urban river corridor planning and water structure adjustment; Micro-view: through the simple and traditional ecological methods, optimizating"Gray Infrastructure".③Practice level: In the macro-view propose the corresponding strategies and recommendations of the green infrastructure building in Hefei; IIn the Middle-view, By researching the composition, plane shape, section pattern, structure and plant disposition as well as visual effects of urban rive ecological revetment, the paper conducts the landscape design method of urban rive ecological revetment. Finally sums up five categories of eco-slope landscape design and incorporates into the Hefei"The Technical Manual of Urban River Ecological Revetment Comprehensive Renovation", to provide strategic guidance in related practices. By researching the composition, plane shape, section pattern, structure and plant disposition as well as visual effects of urban rive ecological revetment, the paper conducts the landscape design method of urban rive ecological revetment. Finally sums up five categories of eco-slope landscape design and incorporates into the Hefei"The Technical Manual of Urban River Ecological Revetment Comprehensive Renovation", to provide strategic guidance in related practices and achieve harmony development of"human - resources - environment - society - economy".
