Research On Resilient Principles In Urban Planning Based On Green Infrastructure Concept

The development of the city there are many uncertain factors, the planned green space may change at any time. This change is unpredictable in advance. For example, reserved city green land use often in developing construction by other land occupation, city open space can not be with the original city later built green infrastructure network and open space system, green space is difficult to adapt to nature of the surrounding elastic adjustment, green space changes often only for the particular characteristics of planning level etc.. So this change unpredictably, in advance, in order to deal with this kind of sudden change, green infrastructure system must be flexible planning. Elastic theory is the specific planning of ecological environment, cultural environment and economic conditions, and can effectively combine the planning design of different scale, eventually forming a strategic thinking planning level. The main is to maintain the original ecology of the species and ecological sustainable development process using artificial open space, protect the air and the water resources and improve the community and people’s quality of life of interconnected large network. Actively explore green infrastructure network focused on providing the natural system of ecological, social and economic comprehensive benefits and transformation, in order to create a more efficient and land utilization and sustainable development model based on traditional ecological protection.In this context, the green infrastructure theory, the system planning of the elastic design method of city as the research object, trying to explore a suitable for China’s city green infrastructure planning model. From the city planning principle of elasticity perspective on the concept of green infrastructure to carry out research, first of all, the new angle of research, relevant point between mining green infrastructure and city planning flexibility. From the green infrastructure and basic theory of city planning of elastic, combined with the analysis of domestic and foreign theory and case analysis of second, refined based on city planning flexibility, by comparing the domestic and international green infrastructure construction, summed up the experience, so as to promote the implementation of our city in design application and development of green infrastructure. Finally, on the basis of analyzing domestic and foreign cases results, combined with China’s national conditions, the development of modern city, the green infrastructure planning on the plight of the causes of the problem about the research and future development trend, and points out the Countermeasures in city planning and implementation of green infrastructure in China, provides the detailed basic data and the powerful basis for the establishment of China’s green infrastructure.
