With the increasing number of vehicles in china, the intensity of test to in-use vehicle become more strength.Meanwhile, The standard to detection of Vehicle safety and environmental protection is increasingly strict.The Engine is an important part of the vehicle,make use of modern information technologies and means to monitor engine performance are important content of strengthen vehicle detection and management.In 21st Century, with the development of computer technology and information network technology, vehicle engine performance test and monitor with computer monitoring technique increasingly close.The right choice of hardware and software to improve programming efficiency,program scalability and hardware compatibility is essential.Firstly,in this paper describing the software and hardware of the detection system for engine performance.Estabished the PC-DAQ hardware system based on structure of USB bus and designed software system of sub-circuit voltage and cylinder pressure sub-module based on LabVIEW. Analyse various interference source in this system,put forward specific measures of anti-interference.Secondly,described the general principe of database design. According to the characteristics and requirements of engine performance monitoring system, SQL Server2000 as the tool of database development,Set and classify the paramenters and data of database.Preference for the LabSQL communication link to database,realized application function of database storage and query.Finally,the sub-module of engine performance system combine with the camera device compose of online monitoring system.And using internet technology get real-time inspection data and image stream release to the network by B/S model. Through the browser client or administrator can view the content of it release to achieve the purpose of on-line real time monitoring of engine performance.Using the client and server compiled by Visual Studio to query engine inspection data that stored in the database through C/S model at the same time. The ultimate goal is use each advantage of B/S and C/S model to monitor engine performance in mixed mode, conducive to share of Vehicle detection information resource.It has scientific theory and practical guiding significance that promote the quality of vehicle detection, enhance vehicle technology management and make performance of vehicle in good condition under effective monitoring.
