With economic development, Energy consumption was also rapidly increased. To settle the demand and supply sources of tension, new energy and energy reduction is the subject of numerous research, this paper arm at less efficiency of hydraulic position servo system. Analysis the techniques of Load-sensitive control in depth.This paper has firstly introduced the research backgrounds and meanings, comparison among relevant research of power-saving technology for hydraulic system both at home and abroad, introduced the load-sensitive into servo valve orifice pressure difference control, In order to achieve improved system efficiency..After analysing the perform characteristics and power characteristics of hydraulic spool valve,this paper establish load-sensitive control energy saving method by combining pump control and valve contol,and with digital controller serve as the core control,as well as build the mathematical model.The experiments regard multi-axis digital controller MX4 as the control core, programe load-sensitive control,integrate load-sensitive control of large-scale pressure machine system,and add power-protection function. The actual practice prove that the principle of the electrohydraulic positon servo control syetem is correct, and the design is reasonable,the system power dissipation is largely deduced,the system control accuracy is also improved remarkablely.,the whole system can function stably, both efficency and the product rate of pass are improved greatly.To make a further improvement on servo system efficiency and control performance,a proposal is raised In the end of the paper about realizing load-sensitive system by using control algorithm with digital controller and electrohydraulic servo volum control pump serve as the main control elements.
