Gas-solid two-phase mass flow measurement in industrial production and scientific research is of great significance. Piezoelectric acceleration sensor combined with random signal analysis method for the realization of concentration measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow provides an effective solution and has a high value in research and application.In this dissertation, on the basis of deeply studying piezoelectric accelerometer sensor mechanism,piezoelectric acceleration sensor combined with random signal analysis methods is used to establish a set of gas-solid two-phase flow concentration measurement system,and the system has a large number of experiments and debugging. After in-depth analysis and research of the signal collected from the measuring system for the concentration,using power spectral analysis method, wavelet analysis method and statistic analysis method analyzes experimental phenomena and results. In view of the problems, improve and validate the signal analysis method, find the appropriate analysis of algorithms. Using number characteristics statistics algorithm of random signal-mean square deviation simulates the sampling data,reaches the relations of concentration,and shows on-line.In this dissertation, the following work has been completed:1. A full investigation and research has been done on the relevant background of the gas-solid two-phase mass flow measurement. Chooses gas-solid two-phase flow measurement of the concentration as the study point.2. Piezoelectric acceleration sensor and the electret microphone has been deeply studied, compares their advantages and disadvantages, and selects piezoelectric acceleration sensor as the sensor of the measurement system.3. Designs and debugs the whole measurement system for a long time, includes pre-class amplifier,50Hz notch circuit, high-pass filter circuit, low-pass filter circuit, PGA amplifier, range adjustment circuit, shot with the output circuit and limiter circuit design and debugging.4. Spectrum analyzer is used to sampling signal,sampling frequency is made,through the single-chip samples the signal, and sends data to PC.5 In the PC, do a large number of analysis and research for sampling data, select a random signal analysis method of power spectrum estimation, wavelet analysis and statistical analysis of sampled data for processing.6. Do a large number of experiments on the base of algorithms and analysis methods, distinguish the flow of sand signal and noise signal, set the start time of the flow of sand, come to mean square difference and the qualitative relationship between the concentration and display processing results on line.
