The electromagnetic valve is a key control element of hydraulic system which plays a decisive role in the reliability and the level of automation of the equipment. So the reliable and the properties' test of electromagnetic valve are of great importance, therefore we design the electromagnetic valve test system. This system can test their action performance, sealing performance, leakage and life. A key requirement in all the test is to keep the given pressure for a certain time, the text carries on the research to this problem.The mechanical structure, working process and controlling system of electromagnetic valve test system are studied. And the mathematical model of the test system is built after ignoring the unimportant factors. The visual modeling is built with the AMESim software, and the system is analyzed with the model.According to the uncertain pressure, this paper absorbs the advantages of fuzzy and PID controllers and uses a control method of fuzzy PID controller (FPC). FPC has some structure forms, such as fuzzy turning PID controllers, fuzzy and PID controller combination. This paper refers the working principle and decision of this FPC in keeping pressure process for the test system. Fuzzy turning PID controller is the controller which changes the three parameters of PID controller by the error and error's varieties of systems, so it can adapt some parameters' varieties for system. Fuzzy and PID controller combination also can adapt some parameters' varieties by corporate output of fuzzy controller and PID controller, and it improves system's precision and response.The fuzzy, PID and this two kinds of fuzzy PID controllers are built according to this theory. By simulating with combined Matlab/Simulink and AMESim, we can get the performance of system by PID controller and FPIDC. In the process of simulating,5Bar, 15Bar and 25Bar are given as the target value, at last we will confirm the best Controlling Strategy after analysis and comparison.
