Multiplex hydraulic testing system is widely used in industrial field.The research object of this paper is the multi-channel hydraulic test system.The main contents of the study are the application background,system pressure establishment,closed-loop pressure control,model simulation,electrical control design and experimental performance test of the multi-channel hydraulic system.Firstly,the main components and key technologies of the hydraulic test system are analyzed from the composition of the multi-channel hydraulic test system.The multi-channel hydraulic pressure test system includes system pressure building module,pneumatic boosting module and pressure closed-loop control module.The key of system pressure building and pneumatic boosting lies in the design of mechanical parameters,and the design of pressure closed-loop control lies in the matching of controller parameters and system.Based on test requirements and key technologies,the principle of multi-channel hydraulic test system is designed.In the simulation study of hydraulic test system,a multi-channel hydraulic test system model based on AMESim is established.The key modules of the test system,including hydraulic cylinder clamping module,pneumatic booster module,gas pressure closed-loop control module,liquid pressure closed-loop control module and power output module,are modeled and simulated independently.The functional performance of a single module is designed and the output of simulation results is given.The performance of the whole system is simulated according to the requirement of the comprehensive performance of the hydraulic test bench.The simulation model tests the fixed pressure curve,linear pressure curve,sinusoidal pressure curve and square wave pressure curve respectively.The error of the output pressure curve can meet the test requirements.Finally,based on the principle and simulation model of multi-channel hydraulic test system,a multi-channel hydraulic test bench is developed.The key control parts of the system are selected,the electrical design and software programming of the test bed are designed according to the test requirements,and the pressure test function of the water pressure test bed is realized.Combining the simulation parameters with the simulation results,the control parameters of the test-bed are adjusted,and the real experimental verification of the multi-channel hydraulic test-bed is carried out.In the pressure holding test,efficiency statistics test and pressure curve test,the performance of the multi-channel hydraulic pressure test system meets the test requirements.
