As the important parameter of artillery interior ballistics, Chamber pressure test has been a necessary mean to access the important dynamic data for developing and improving artillery systems. In order to meet the demand for small and medium-caliber and new kinds of barrel weapon and munitions for chamber pressure of testing, so the miniature internal electronic piezo gauge is designed . It uses MSP430 MCU as core element to compose a Principal and subordinate multiprocessors system to sample and save chamber pressure each other. The apparatus is of small size(only 21.9 cm~3), high precision, capable of working under 600MPa . It has very low power consumption, and the sampling frequency and the trigger level and the measurement range programmed adjustable. It can record real-time data of the movement information of the object being measured and store those data forever even if power-down. The dynamic calibration in the application environment provides the security for the test accuracy Using infrared communications technology designed interface, you can easily read instruments recorded data for analysisThe following aspects of this paper were proposed:1) This thesis analyses the test environment of the chamber pressure, introduces the functional requirements and performance indicators, the overall design of the system, including the overall structure of the system and test program.2) Based on the general systemic scheme, we research on the way of collecting the pressure signal. According to the parameter indices of the system, we choose the type of the sensor, design the systemic hardware, including conditioning circuit,sample triggering,the signal collection and save and the IrDA port and so on.3) The software is designed which includes the program about the part of MCU and the part of infrared communication interface.4) Key technologies of system design, including micro-design, low-power design, the sampling frequency and the trigger level and the measuring range adjustable programming, anti-jamming design. 5) It proposed the test system's static calibration and the calibration of the applied environment and the pressure curve relevance calibration, and analyzes the measured data.
