| This paper presents a development of temperature and humidity calibration instrument in test chamber. The aim is to solve the problems of temperature and humidity calibration in in test chamber.This study work, which was based on national standards, had developed a set of high accuracy, low costs and multi-points test in order to meet common climatic test chamber and limited space.This paper includes five chapters altogether. It introduces the whole work form begin to end in details. Chapter one is introduction including project source and the purpose and meaning of study, current situation and tide at home and abroad, brief of development and achievement. Chapter two is module of temperature and humidity calibration in test chamber, which includes principle and meterage characteristic of climatic test chamber, test and calibration method of climatic test chamber, theoretic analysis and evaluation of climatic test chamber and systems solutions of temperature and humidity calibration in test chamber. Chapter three is instrument design of temperature and humidity calibration in test chamber, which includes characteristic study and selection of sensor, design of circuit, design of software, design of mechanical frame and integration. Chapter four is experiment and analysis of uncertainty, which includes theoretic analysis of uncertainty, determination in measurement, measurement experiment and experiment of repeatability and long-term stability. Chapter five is conclusion, which says the performance and application.This study of development of temperature and humidity calibration instrument in test chamber has the performance as:Temperature: test range (-20℃~ 100℃), uncertainty 0. 1℃;Relative humidity: test range(10%RH~95%RH), uncertainty 2%RH。This instrument has the features of wider temperature and humidity test range, portable design, small in size, environment proof, reasonable structure, easy and reliable use, stability in working.
