Angle Measuring System is applied in the areas of aviation, spaceflight radar tank and cannon fire controls military equipment also, applied in the areas of robot system, Machine tool, automobile, electricity, metallurqy, spinning, printing and so on. These areas need high-accuracy and high-distinguishability design of angle measuring system. Thus the angle measurement system is a key component of the corresponding system. Also, it is widly used in control systems.According to the significance of the research angle measuring system, the paper introduces the development of angle measurement technology and put forward to a mode angle measurement system which constuct by resolver,AD2S83,and TMS320F2812 through comparing and analysising all the measurement methods. CPLD used to implement logic interface between AD2S83 and TMS320F2812 replace separate chip. The system can sample the dynamic angle displacement measurement between 0 to 360 degrees, and use serial RS-232 to communicate with PC which can realize absolute-and-relative angle outputting. The system's software is programed by the C and the assembly language which is used modularized design to make it easy to be modified and upgraded.Fractionize theory of improving the resolver's accuracy is put forward, the paper devises a fractionize circuitry base on this theory. Use exacter SPWM wave than sine wan being directed against resolver requiring two waves must be orthogonal. Coase-fine coupling and velocity measurement algorithm are analyzed. Data processing is base onα-β-γfilter. In this way, a reliable basis and practice way were provided for reducing the measuring errors and improving the accuracy of angular displacement measuring system. TMS320F2812 reads coase-fine angle data by CPLD true time, in this way, the system prevent time delay happening because TMS320F2812 reading the date of AD2S83 need waitting for the signs of INHIBIT,BUSY,ENABLE and so on.
