With the composite development of mechanization of weapons & equipment and information technology, a new generation of infantry vehicles has achieved mass production, at the same time equipmented to the troops almost. Because the higher degree information technology of the equipment,in the process of production or force maintenance or inspection of equipment, their detection requires instruments are so cumbersome, what's more, the results of the determine need human calculation which is a hard work and accuracy is reduced. In order to improve the degree of automatic detection, simplifying the detection means to improve the detection efficiency, the need to develop new chariot car length mirror with automatic detection detector is urgency.The paper first described the basic theory of angle measurement, the development history and current situation of the angle measurement techniques at home and abroad. According to theoretical analysis and the actual needs, put forward to a mode angle measurement system which constuct by rotary transformer and angle solver module, the program can be used for the dynamic measurement of the azimuth and elevation angle of the chariot mirror, which used the serial data communication interface (USB to RS-232 forms of transport) to communicate with the host computer, realized the angular displacement and angular velocity output.Hardware design focuses on the related solver method of the mirror's angle signal and angle solver the basic principles of the system and system components.optimization method based on the resolver angle measurement accuracy. Which put forward to a optimization method based on the resolver angle measurement accuracy,derive the angle signal and the stimulus-response amplitude relationship from the perspective of signal processing.Use segmentation theory to related hardware circuit design,which improved the accuracy of the measuring and provided a theoretical basis and practical methods.Hardware circuit design to be divided by function module into the power supply module, the angle solver module, signal acquisition and conversion module and communication module design description.Described in software design, software design based on the basic framework, based on.NET Framework Platform, using the C# language software architectured, detailed description of the data processing flow of the test indicators. In the reference database, the user rating to be divided into administrators and general users, only the administrator can modify the relevant parameters, such an optimized design greatly improve the maintainability and effectiveness of the system. The introduction of the automatic correction function in the software design is one of the highlights of the software system.
