Along with the rapid economic and social development and the constant breakthroughs in science and technology, the world's machinery industry and manufacturing have also gained great development and progress. However, due to frequent outbreaks in recent years, energy and financial crises, energy saving, emission reduction, efficiency modes of production have become more and more severe in the face of all walks of life energy and environmental crisis and the brutal competition in the market. As a high-energy consumption and high pollution industry, machine manufacturing industry, how the existing production conditions, to achieve low-pollution, small cost, short cycle, high-quality product development and production, enhance research and development capabilities and market competitiveness becomes more urgent. In this case, the efforts to develop precision plastic forming technology as the major component of the advanced manufacturing technology to develop energy-saving materials Province has become the new process machinery manufacturing industries, especially automotive parts and components industry focused research and development.As a very important car parts in one load-bearing parts, support shaft in the automobile industry and the field of application is very extensive. Besause the supporting shaft is a large rotational extrusion parts, subject to the working environment and methods of production constraints, such components in the production and use frequently faced with parts produced serious waste of raw materials, power consumption, processing of long working hours, poor mechanical properties, life short and so on. Therefore, machinery parts and components industry for China's current status, to carry out loader-wheel support shaft forging reduction numerical simulation and process optimization has extremely important practical significance.In this paper, integrity of Liuzhou Machinery Plant for field trips and research, combined with existing production equipment, factory and production conditions, first of all on the loader-wheel support shaft deceleration process analysis, introduction of new processing methods; and then establish components using isothermal extrusion forging process of three-dimensional finite element model, using three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation software DEFORM-3DTM on the new process method involves a part of the numerical simulation of forming process, to be forming in the process of metal flow law, the temperature changes, and other effects of force and stroke - load curve with the part forming process of the simulation data. Through comparative analysis of the original process plan, the discovery of new process defects, in the analysis of the simulation results, based on the original parts forming working steps to optimize the design, design the corresponding mold parts; in actual production conditions to verify and ensure the feasibility of new technology, in order to shorten the production cycle, saving raw materials and to create conditions for improving the properties of products.
