The squeezed disk cast-in-place pile is new type of piles foundation which has been marked both economic and social benefits. And the disk forming machine-Hydraulic Supporting Squeezed Disk Forming Machine works with no vibration and low noise which can also form pile with excellent quality under the good environment. However, there are still some problems both in theoretical research and practice such as the process of disk forming. Meanwhile the disk forming machine still needs to be developed.First of all this paper introduces the existing condition and the development of the disk pile and the disk forming machine, in particular, the paper also accounts for the construction method and process of piles. Secondly, by the method of system design and by analyzing the flaw of disk forming machine, the paper does the structural design basing on the analysis of work condition. And then, the paper build solid model with 3D software SolidWorks, and show the feature for the design. The paper has applied the expand theory on sphere hole to analyze and calculate the disk load in the process of squeezing, supposing the loads on the sqeezing arm which are obedience to secondary cure. Then established mechanism mechanics models and used the static finite element theory to analyze the squeezing machine by COSMOS.At last, to build multidisciplinary models, the paper builds the mechanism system and the hydraulic system of disk forming machine's host machine in ADAMS according to the theories of model and simulation. And the paper realizes interfacing experiment data of hydraulic system and mechanism system in the same interface and accomplishes the simulating design of virtual prototyping entire system of host machine.
