In the reinforcement,Fiber Reinforced Plastics(FRP) reinforce the RC structures is a hot research field in the civil engineering structure, especially Carbon Fiber Reinforced polymer is most widely in the reinforced concrete structure repair technology research and used. Fiber Reinforced Plastics have many advantages, such as high strength, anticorrosion durability, convenient construction and a comparatively small impact on architectural appearance.Currently, using CFRP reinforced RC beams is usually the CFRP pasted the underside of the RC beams, playing the role of the vitro reinforcement. But in the fact, in the installation of pipes, lines are obstacle in the bottom of the reinforcement such as buildings or to realize. Therefore there is necessary to research the reinforcement effect on the CFRP pasted from in the beams'profile pulled range. The article uses the methods of experiment and theoretical analysis. Considering in the fact, making ten reinforced concrete experimental beams which are experimented in the damage degree, carbon fiber reinforcement and whether the load. By the analysis of reinforced beams bending beam crack failure characteristics, reinforced beams'deflection and distribution, measuring the beam crack load and destructive load, verifying deformation section's assumed. Different damage degree, reinforcement way and fiber materials are effect on experimental beams. Derivate reinforced beams occurring material destruction of bearing capacity calculation and design formula. Results show profile CFRP reinforced beams in order to ensure enough ductility, under the condition also can improve effectively the flexural capacity and stiffness of the beam. Restraining the crack development, especially CFRP is close to the bottom of the beam, reinforcement effect is better, lateral pasting CFRP can better satisfy flat section assume.In the experiments, the article uses the nonlinear analysis method, introducing lag strain, according to the RC bending theory, considering the bearing capacity limited state and the normal using limited state, analyzing experimental beams, derivate lateral paste CFRP reinforced RC the bearing capacity calculation formula. And there have a system analysis for the reinforced beams in the quantitative analysis of reinforced beams stiffness and ductility qualitative analysis and the analysis of crack width. Contrasting the test data, there is a better agreement in the theoretical calculation result and the experimental results.
