| In the past few decades,induction heating technology has been rapidly developed in industry and household applications with its advantages of high efficiency,safety,and energy saving.In the home,the application is mainly in the induction cooker,but with the large number of popularization and application of the induction cooker,the heating problem of the traditional single-coil induction cooker has become increasingly prominent.With the development of all aspects of society,people have put forward higher demands for traditional cooking.Therefore,the improvement of the traditional single-coil induction cooker has attracted much attention.The heating temperature of the traditional single-coil induction cooker is concentrated in a small ring-shaped area of the load pot,which causes a heating dead angle,deteriorates the heating quality,and shortens the life of the pot.Therefore,the heating method with single power supply and double coils can make heating more uniform and improve heating quality.This article uses wireless power type concentric double coil induction heating,so there are two coil transmission methods.Since the various parameters between the double coil and the load cookware directly affect the uniformity of heating,this article mainly focuses on the matching of the parameters between the coil and the load cookware,and finally realizes the uniform heating of the cookware by the induction cooker.First,analyze the concentric double-coil heating structure,and obtain the influencing factors for achieving uniform heating under the two transmission structures,such as the coil current relationship,position relationship,size relationship and wireless power transmission magnetic coupling resonant working frequency.Analyze the efficiency and power distribution of the load cooker under the two transmission structures.Secondly,the topology structure is built in PSIM for simulation,and ANSYS Maxwell software is used to simulate and compare the magnetic field characteristics and power loss characteristics of the load cookware heating by the single coil and the dual coil to verify the advantages of the dual coil heating.Finally,a prototype of a low-power induction heating induction cooker was built to prove the rationality of the theory through experiments. |
