Crocussativus is a valuable medicinal plants with high economic value, in theearly1980s, Crocus sativus first successful introduction in Shanghai, acreage yearafter year amplification. Crocus sativusrot is one of the important diseases duringCrocus sativus storage and growing season, resulting in the occurrence of the diseaseCrocus sativus yield and quality decline, severe cuts more than50%. In this study, thestorage of infected Crocus sativusbulb rot disease as test materials, Crocus sativus rotpathogens were isolated and identified, and characterized by a single agent andfungicide screening room complex, while medicament soaking Crocus sativus bulbscarried out a preliminary study. In this paper, the performance of rot symptoms of storage Crocus sativus bulbs astest material, the pathogen isolation and purification of single spore, get16bacteriaand20fungi, after detecting pathogenic confirmed Crs-5, Crs-7, Crs-103strains offungi as Crocus sativus rot major pathogens. Pathogens using morphological andcombined rDNA ITS sequence analysis identified the strain Crs-5is one of the speciesof Aspergillus (Aspergillus): Aspergillus brasiliensis; strains Crs-7as Fusarium(Fusarium) in one species:Fusarium oxysporum; strains Crs-10as Penicillium(Penicillium) of one kind: Penicillium citrinum. The use of14kinds supplied test pharmacy of indoor Pharmacy screening resultsshowed that: The three pathogens were significantly inhibited mycelial growth of thepesticide is tuzet, bromothalonil, thiram and captan; pair of3-induced spores weregrown with pesticides significantly inhibited the tuzet, thiram and captan. Selectedthese four kinds of pharmaceutical preparation containing different concentrations ofthe drug culture medium, bacteriostatic experiment produced virulence regressionequation. After toxicity regression equation for Crs-5strain:tuzet its smallest EC50for7.77mg.L-1, described tuzet pathogens for Crs-5best inhibitory effect, followedbromothalonil nitrile and captan, EC50were29.76mg.L-1and26.52mg.L-1; for Crs-7is the best inhibitory effect of pathogens bromothalonil its smallest EC50for16.17mg.L-1shows bromothalonil pathogens for Crs-7best inhibitory effect; followedtuzet and thiram, EC50were20.53mg.L-1and29.76mg.L-1; for Crs-10induced the best inhibitory effect of bacteria is bromothalonil its smallest EC50for16.55mg.L-1,described bromothalonil pathogens for Crs-10best inhibitory effect; followed tuzetand thiram, EC50were25.88mg.L-1and53.69mg.L-1.Screened four kinds of effective pesticides, according to their role in the differentroles of hyphae or spores principle to EC50as the basis for complex combinations offour groups: â… thiram+bromothalonil, â…¡tuzet+bromothalonil, â…¢tuzet+chlorothalonil, â…£tuzet+captan, results showed: â… thiram+bromothalonil andâ…£tuzet+captan two pharmaceutical compound for three mycelial growth ofpathogenic bacteria have a good inhibition, â…  and â…£ two complex pathogenic agentson three spores have good growth inhibition. This experiment also examined four kinds of effective single dose group and4groups pharmaceutical compound as well as common carbendazim fungicide, chlorothalonil on rooting of Crocus sativus bulbs, the results showed that: thiram, captan, chlorothalonil, tuzet â…¢ and â…£ rooting for Crocus sativus bulbs are promoting.Eventually screened out the ideal pharmaceutical compound as tuzet+captan, such asa combination of Crafts et al. proportionally mixed method (Crafts1936) and Horsfallmethod results: tuzet with captan volume ratio4:6,5:5and1:9, for Crs-5pathogenssynergies; tuzet with captan volume ratio:2:8and1:9,for Crs-7pathogenicity bacteriasynergies; tuzet with captan volume ratio:9:1and1:9, for Crs-10pathogenssynergies.
