We are to effectively cure colibacillosis, the submitted colibacillosis cases should be take isolation and identification. twenty-eight pathogenic strains of E.coli had been identifieds. All the strains were investigated on some of their biological characteristics, including biochemical reaction.The results showed that28strains of pathogenic E.coli belong to O1、O2、O15、O6、O26、O36、O78and O78serotypes respectively. O2、O15and O78shared a ratio of21.42%,25.00%and32.14%respectively, totalled78.56%of all the strains identfied.The results show that, it have a better effect on compound drugs to drug sensitive test,such as Florfenicol,Cefotaxime, Fosfomycin sodium..in order to verify the effects between vivo and ivitro,we take a part of sensitivity drugs,then make them act on chickens,it results show that the Florfenicol and Cefotaxime have a signficant effert on curing it, E.coli is consistent with vitro.it make a sense of cure E.coli clinically in our region...
