In order to confirm the internal distribution of air flow field of the cowshed with roller blind inthe extreme cold area in winter and we also researched temperature and humidity distribution inthe cowshed in various aperture of roller blinds so that we could catch up with rationalsuggestion and theoretical evidence on the cowshed which is in the different temperature andaperture of roller blind. On the basis of measuring the inner airstream of the original ecologicalranch, which is named flying crane animal husbandry, is located in the Kedong county inQiqihaer city of Heilongjiang province, we used CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) method,according to the measured values and the related parameters of the query, we carry out thenumerical simulation to the air flow field of the cow shed in the absolutely cold area in winter,the simulation results show that using CFD to stimulate the inside temperature and humidityfield of the cowshed is feasible. After letting outside air into the barn, and transferred in the heatand mass with cow body surrounding air. the temperature increased by6℃. The relativehumidity went up to over91%. Under the action of hot pressing,the air was emitted through theoutlet. The meantime it took away a large amount of vapor it also took much heat, it was themain reason that led the temperature decreased in the barn. The average temperature in the cowliving area was minus15℃, the relative humidity was over91percent, it was the lowtemperature and high humidity condition. It had a certain influence on milk performance of dairycows, we should ventilate the area or add other heating facilities to improve the existingenvironment. By testing and reading the references,we ensure the factor that influence the airflow field in the cowshed. By stimulating140times experiment, we portrayed the curve graphwhich depicts the the relative humidity changed along with the change of the temperature that iscorrespondent to the change of the best aperture of the roller blind. The innovation of this task;the previous boundary conditions parameter we set was the design value, but the situation waseffected by the materials we used and construction condition ect, the difference between the theparameter of theoretical value and the realistic parameter which was after the construction is big.All design parameter in this task we used are all realistic value that we measure on the spot, inorder to make the result more precise.
