In this study, the response obtained from the basic physiology under drought stress, bysetting different concentrations of PEG treated flax seed to germinate, the germinationManifestations of resources were researched, in order to explore drought resistance identificationsystem in germination period Using this system, the germplasm were identified for droughtresistance. By setting soil moisture stress tests in the flax seedling period, the drought andsensitive resources were gained. The two methods made the drought resistance of the germplasmmore explicit. Through the water stress testing in the whole growth period, the agronomic,physiological and biochemical traits related drought resistance were researched. Moreover,theregulatory mechanisms of flax drought resistance were clarified under drought stress.By different concentrations of PEG Treated flax seeds, the results showed that:20%PEGwas the suitble screening concentration for germination, the seed germination rate was consideras flax germination stage screening index. Under the conditions of5%PEG the flax primary rootlength can be promoted, meanwhile, the germination potential was greater than the otherconcentrations, which indicated the flax grew better under light drought stress. By using20%PEG to treat30parts main germplasm from different countries, the results showed that thedrought risistant material was T-10,which germination rate was100%. There were7sensitiveones, which germination rate of is from1.67%-11.67%.By different concentrations of PEG Treated linen seedling, the results showed that:15%and20%were the suitable screening concentration in the priod.Only electrolyte leakage has obviousdifferences among varieties in the four norms. Due to the processing time is short, part of thedrought resistance index did not express in the short term,it is not suitable to usePEG simulateddrought seedling identification.Through the soil drought method in flax growth period,11agronomic traits were researched.The results showed that: the height DI,process length DI,original stem weight DI expressed thesignificant difference among varieties, which can be used to identify drought of resources.Refereing flax drought resistance grading standards, and using analysis of variance, droughtindex, principal component analysis,the drought resources was screened,which wereshuangyal5and Rein a, especially on the15th double-Asia; sensitive resources for Japan5and Romania2.By studying the physiological indicators trend of flax tissue, the results showed that: theSOD, POD activity itself in shuangyal5was greater than Japan5; SOD, POD activity of flaxtissue showed an increasing trend under drought stress; The rate of increase about shuangyal5was larger than Japan5. In terms of the accumulation of soluble substances, the proline contentitself has little difference between the two varieties; the soluble sugar content, proline contentsurged; the rate of shuangyal5increased greater than Japan5under the stress conditions.Consiqueiitly, the flax increased activity from organization as well as the increase of solublematerial to resist drought stress.
