Evaluation On Drought Resistance Characteristics Of The Five Flax Variety

This study evaluated the drought resistance of Tianya 11,Dingya 17,Tianya 9,Longya 10 and 8 from the aspects of germination,seedling stage and adult planting stage.Dingya 17 and Tianya 9 were used as contrasts of drought resistant varieties,meanwhile,Tianya 9 and Longya 10 was the yield control,and Longya 8 was the parental control.This study is expected to test the drought resistance of the flax varieties tested in germination,seedling and adult stage in order to evaluate its drought resistance comprehensively,which is beneficial to provide reference and production guidance for the popularization of this new species.Through the experiment,the drought resistance of the flax varieties tested was evaluated as follows:1.Treatment of Tianya 11 with 180g/L PEG solution in the budding stage.We found that its germination rate,relative germination index,relative vitality index,were lower than Tianya 9 and Dingya 17 and higher than Longya 10,Longya 8.As a comparison,the difference of membership function in comprehensive drought resistance of flax varieties is greater than others.and the value is between 0.129 and 0.840.The comprehensive sorting is as follows:Longya 10>Tianya 9>Tianya 11>Dingya 11>Longya 8.2.In the indoor soil drought treatment of testing varieties at seedling stage,there was a significant difference in mortality among the testing varieties.The mortality of Tianya 11 seedlings was 27.78%,and the mortality of the other species were 17.78% on Tianya 9,27.78% on Dingya 17,38.89% on Longya 8 and 58.89% on Longya 10,respectively.The average resurrection rates were Tianya 9,Dingya 17,Tianya 11,Longya 8 and Longya 10 in order from high to low.3.There was significant difference in drought resistance coefficient among drought treatments in the adult stage.Drought resistance coefficient is between 0.52 and 0.79.Tianya 11 is 0.57,which is higher than Longya 8,lower than Dingya 17,Longya 10 and Tianya 9.4.According to the comprehensive analysis from membership function,the D value of participants lies between 0.42 and 0.77.Amount of them Tianya 11 has the smallest D value,which was greatly affected by the individual agriculture characters.
