Retained fetal membranes(RFM)is an important reproductive failure disease, which causes agreat economic loss in dairy cattle industry. The study was started in the fouth and the fifth dairyfarm of Gansu province. The study contains the influence factor of morbidity of RFM, rationwith anionic salts effect factor of efficiency of control RFM daily ration with anionic salts andefficiency of anionic salts and ration with anionic salts effect factor of efficiency of theproduction.The simples were from the fouth and the fifth dairy farm of Gansu province. There were1100dairies in the Fouth farm, epidemiological investigation of delivery conditions was conducted to614of the1100dairy cows delivery conditions from October2013to September2014anddifferent infulence factors in RFM were analyzed. The pregnant dairy cows from the fouth andthe fifth dairy farm were fed ration with anionic salts and nomal ration respectively. Value ofDCAD was worked out by the detection for zwitterions. Then we studied how the anionic saltseffect to RFM and detect the variations in urine PH of the dairy cow. The blood samples werecollectioned from external jugular vein of10dairy cows from both the fouth and the fifth dairyfarm and separate serum at ante partum(7days,5days, and3days) and1day after delivery. Theconcentration of K、Na、Cl、Ca、P、Mg, GOT、GPT, PTH、1,25-(OH)2D3was detected. Theeffects of anionic salts to lactation yield and incidence of milk fever were analyzed.The results show that the incidence of RFM varies significantly in seasons with a upper tolower range summer, winter, autumn and spring. As the number of parity was increased,themorbidity of RFM was increased. The morbidity of RFM would be enhanced because ofpremature birth, abortion, childbirth, uterine infection. The weight of fetus was underweight oroverweight both caused the enhanced morbidity. Sex of fetus was not the main influence factors.Twins increased the morbidity obviously.Fodder in the fouth dairy farm was anionic fodder(DCAD=-68.32meq/kgDM). Fodder in thefifth dairy farm was cationic fodder(DCAD=33.02meq/kgDM). The addition of anionic salts,bring down the morbidity of RFM.The urine-ph value of the dairy cows had down to about6.81after feed anionic fodder. Theresult of sera diagnosis, the concentration of Ca was higher than the control group significantly. The variety of concentration of GOT、GPT was non-significant which shows the anionic fodderhad on damage in liver function. The concentration of PTH was decreasing significantly, theconcentration of1,25-(OH)2D3was increasing significantly. The morbidity of milk fever wasdecreased and the postnatal mammary volume was increased after feeding anionic fodder.
