Research And Realization Of Rice Traceability System Based On Two - Dimensional Code Technology

This study is based on the product quality tracking system built by two-dimension codetechnology, and it takes rice processing enterprises as the objective of study, guided by thetraceable system of food quality and safety, and then it carries out study of the traceable systemof rice by using the theories and methods of information management, management of foodquality and safety, business management and reliability analysis, as well as centering around theindustry chain of the rice quality and safe production, which provides support and reference forthe construction of implementation of traceable system that is suitable for the national foodquality and safety. This study intends to solve the key problems. First of all, the rice productquality tracking system built by two-dimension code technology reaches the tracking method of“a product with a code with a full tracking”, as well as covering the circulation links from rawmaterial planting, raw material procurement, raw material warehousing, production (coding,printing, associations), delivery and storage of products, production distribution (distributors,supermarkets), market inquiry (consumers, inspectors), and so on. Secondly, study on theobstacles and problems of the application of agricultural product quality traceable system inenterprises. Thirdly, propose feasible measures and countermeasures for the better application ofagricultural product quality traceable system. The main innovation of this study is in order todeepen the rice product traceable system, making it achieve “one product with one code, fulltracking”. Most previous studies of agricultural product quality and safety traceable systemremain at the tracing information of one-time partial record information, which cannot enableconsumers and regulators to look into the entire process of products. And the studies also takevarious agricultural product manufacturers as the objective of study, but there is few studies thattake rice processing enterprises as the subject study, and the studies for rice processingenterprises of Heilongjiang province which is a big province for grain production are fewer. Thisstudy builds a perfect agricultural product quality and safety traceable system, which can showthe whole process of its operation in form of flow of rice processing enterprise products. Itstudies the construction as well as the promotion and application of agricultural product qualityand safety traceable system, and according to the problems found in the study, it proposescorresponding countermeasures for improvement, the study perspective is more accurate anddetailed, and more targeted, and the theory is more closely associated with the practice, whichhas a certain innovation.
