Tea was originated in china with thousands of year's history, which play an important role in people's ordinary life. As a great tea consumption country, tea quality and safety are extremely important. Because of lacking effective monitoring measure and symmetry between information and physical chain, the tea in the market now are in a mess. Unsure about the source and destination of unqualified tea, unreliable tea information acquired way to consumers had seriously impeded the development of Chinese tea industry. So we should build up a tea quality-and-safety traceability system.This thesis is composed of three parts:1. Research on tea supply chain. According to the traceability law combined with tea process flow and industry mode, to analysis the tea supply chain, making the duty of participator clear and recording the production information needed. Set a general tea quality-and-safety traceability system framework based on these information, make sure that the information flow is integral and product details are clear to consumers.2. Establishment of tea quality-and-safety traceability encoding system. Realize the input of every link from planting, processing, transporting to selling, according to the traceable information recorded. Introduce EAN·UCC system, using ENA·UCC-128 code to achieve a unique band for every section of tea production to build up an exterior traceable encoding system. Establish an interior traceable encoding system with tea plant-harvest, process-pack, store-transport, sale as four breakthrough points, combined with laws and analysis of participator's duty.3. The realization of tea quality-and–safety traceability system platform. Adopt the Brower/Server mode to set up tea quality-and–safety traceability system platform containing enterprise port and enquiry port. The enterprise port can help company make good management of information about tea planting, processing and quality inspection; The enquiry port can give consumers exhaustive information by inputting traceability code on the net.Establish the tea quality-and-safety traceability system could make the tracking and tracing about the entire process of tea processing come true, improve the work efficiency in tea quality and safety accident, strengthen the supervision and management of tea production. Establishment of tea quality-and-safety traceability platform firstly accomplish the information enquiry about entire process of tea processing, not only meets consumers'right , but also have significance in tea culture spreading and consumption.
