Triacontanol has the characters of less dosage, more effective and non pollution. It is a widely used plant growth regulator, with the advantages of new low toxicity and natural. Triacontanol can increase output and improve quality. It has not underestimate role for the economic and social benefit. However, in the practical application, the purity and solubility inhibit the use of it. The usage results of the triacontanol aren’t always well, resulting in triacontanol use ups and downs of the phenomenon in our country. According to the triacontanol with different purity, trying to found a way to improve triacontanol solubility and put an end to a new way of inhibitory effects of long-chain primary alcohols and octacosanol.On the one hand, triacontanol with cyclodextrin inclusion to increase its solubility and dissolution rat; on the other hand, the triacontanol adopt the way of structure modification to avoid the inhibitory effects of long-chain primary alcohol and octacosanol.TAC was obtained by the structure modification of triacontanol, and identified its formation and response to complete degree with TLC (Thin-layer Chromatography) and differential thermal-gravimetric analysis.Uv spectrophotometry and phase solubility method for determining the inclusion of triacontanol and TAC constant respectively 3768-3934M-1; 3928-4032M-1, by phenolphthalein as probe molecules, which indicates that with the possibility of inclusion. The inclusion compound prepared by grinding and coprecipitation method and then using differential thermal-gravimetric analysis verified the formation of the inclusion compound. Solubility experiments show that cyclodextrin can be increased by more than 2 times the solubility of triacontanol and TAC, and the dissolution time of the maximum use solution concentration is less than 2 min (material within 24 hours can not completely dissolved), which can completely satisfy the practical application.Plant active experiments show that the plant activity of the structure modification of triacontanol related to the purity of triacontanol, the structure modification inclusion compound of low purity triacontanol (hereinafter referred to as:TA-86,) and the structure modification inclusion compound of high purity triacontanol (hereinafter referred to as:TA-95) for the promotion of plant active effect are the most obvious. TA95-CD and TAC86-CD within 0.01-0.1 PPM concentrations of wheat germination rate, root length, root weight, plant height, chlorophyll content have obvious promoting effect, in the salt stress test of 0.15 mM, the physiological indexes were significantly higher than the control group (average root weight increased by 5.8% and 10.4% respectively, average root length increased by 8.1% and 11.1% respectively, chlorophyll content increased by 8.1% and 8.1%.). Wheat shew a good resistance. Wheat treated with 0.1 PPM TA95-CD, the antioxidant enzyme activity respectively increased by 52.0%,18.60%,28.70%, proline accumulation increased by 93.3%, the MDA accumulation decreased by 36.0%; treated with TAC86-CD inclusion compound at 0.1 PPM,the antioxidant enzyme activity of wheat respectively increased by 53.1%,27.1%,40.9%, proline accumulation increased by 79.5%, the MDA accumulation decreased by 39.4%.Field experiments, seed soaking wheat in 0.1 PPM TAC86-CD inclusion compound, yield was 11.6% higher than that of the experimental group than the control group, under the condition of same confirmed TAC86-CD inclusion compound on wheat seed treatments could improve wheat production.This article proves the TA95-CD and TAC86-CD inclusion compound can obviously promote the growth of wheat, enhance resistance salt stress environment. Through the field experiment further proved TAC86-CD inclusion compound production function. It can effectively solve the problem of the triacontanol quality and formulations on the market through the inclusion treatment, namely:the low purity of cheap triacontanol after modification of structure and that of cyclodextrin can dissolve quickly and showed better than that of high purity and prices of triacontanol plants activity.
