| Dermatophytosis is a zoonosis in pets that has an effect on the safety of human and animal. In order to investigate epidemiology survey in changzhi shanxi province and measure the concentration of antifungal drug to Microsporun gypseum,Microsporun canis and Trichophyton mentagrophyte. According to the result of drug combination, the scheme can be formulated to treat canine and feline dermatophytosis..This study can support more basis to the clinical dermatophytosis.During January 2014 to December 2014,249 clinical dogs of skin diseases and 325 clinical cats of skin diseases in cats were investigated and analyzed through index of the incidence of fungal skin disease, infection time and gender data sorting, statistical analysis. Results showed that there were 87 dogs and 179 cats suffering from dermatophytosis; the breakout time of fungal skin disease was mainly in June, July and August; The main fungal pathogens was Microsporum canisã€Trichophyton mentagrophyte and Microsporum gypseumThe microscale broth dilution method was applied to measure the MIC of Amphotericin B,Terbinafine, Griseofulvin and Flucytosine against Microsporum gypseum,Microsporum canis and Trichophyton mentagrophyte.. The experimental results showed that four kinds of antifungal drugs can effectively inhibit the growth of Microsporum gypseum, Microsporum canis and Trichophyton mentagrophyte.According on M38-A2 method of CLSI, the microdilution method was applied to study in vitro interactions of four kinds of antifungal drugs(Amphotericin B,Terbinafine, Griseofulvin and Flucytosine).the experiment result showed that the performance of additive effect is Amphotericin B, Griseofulvin, the synergy of bacteriostatic effect of fluorine cytosine and naphthalene Finn, and performance antagonism effect of bacteriostasis effect of 6 amphotericin B and naphthalene Finn. |
