| For what is in the process of rice cultivation fertilization most has been using artificial hand and superficial, mixed fertilizer and exist: uneven distribution of fertilizer in the field, the rice absorbs fertilizer consumption, big differences in rice growing, and the size of the ear,directly affect the output of rice; Fertilizer loss, low utilization rate, rice planting process with high cost; With drainage, planting process contains fertilizer water flows into the rivers, serious pollution production, living water; Workers labor intensity and other issues. In a lot of reading at home and abroad related to rice and deep side fertilizing, on the basis of technical literature,this paper adopts literature review, the method of combining the theoretical analysis and test of rice transplanter helix mixing dragon type and deep side fertilizing device design, test and verification,the optimal working parameters determined eligible. The research includes following aspects:1. Through the method of literature review study rice and deep side fertilizing technology at home and abroad and related equipments and the agronomic requirements of province at the same time, design the rice planting helical auger pattern and deep side fertilizer, this paper introduces in detail its design concept and working principle. Design completed the rice transplanter helix mixing dragon type and deep side fertilizing device and key components,including helix mixing dragon push conveyor, opener, ridging device and deep loosening device;Designed the device transmission gearbox and using 3 d software of transmission gear is optimized. Field performance test was carried out on the whole, the operation indexes meet the design requirements.2. For the design of helical auger pattern and deep side fertilizer for laboratory and actual field performance and parameter optimization test. Selecting fertilizer rate and fertilization uniformity to indicators, selecting helical auger pattern diameter,helical auger pattern speed and spacing to factors. Using the response surface method of three factors five levels designed test and the use of the design-expert software for processing and analyzing test results. By analyzing the response indicators and test factors, the regression equation between the obtained the influence factor of fertilizer and fertilizer consumption uniformity of significance level,finally to establish the model of optimization, the optimal combination scheme satisfied requirements.3.Base on studied deep side fertilizing device multi-factor analysis of the field test data:when helical auger pattern diameter 21.73 mm, helical auger pattern speed 193.86r·min-1 and spacing 1.27 mm, fertilizer rate of 319.68 kg/hm2, fertilizer uniformity is 98.56%, meet the practical requirements, design and can be used as a rice transplanter helix mixing dragon type and deep side fertilizing device, the optimal parameter combination. |
