In China,the majority of the fertilization links use the traditional artificial hand-spreading surface fertilization method in the process of rice planting.This kind of fertilization method is not only cause uneven absorption of rice seedlings,but also pollute the surrounding water system.Therefore,the deep application of chemical fertilizer technology has become the focus of rice production mechanization research and development.In this paper,combined with rice lateral deep fertilization technology,to carry out the rice side of the deep fertilization device research,the main contents of this study and conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of fertilization machinery at home and abroad was studied,and the technical status of side-deep fertilization machinery was analyzed emphatically.(2)Two kinds of compound fertilizers commonly used in rice planting were used as samples,and their mechanical properties such as three-dimensional size and particle size distribution,grain weight,bulk density and true density,angle of repose,static coefficient of friction and restitution coefficient The experimental study provides the basis for the structural design of the outer groove wheel,the fat box and so on,and provides the basic parameters for the EDEM simulation of the fertilization process.(3)The main components of contralateral deep fertilization device are designed,including air-blown external groove wheel fertilizer,fertilizer tank,rack and transmission mode and control system.On the basis of completing the first round of prototype development and testing,the second round of prototype development was carried out.The direct drive of the outer sheave was changed to indirect drive,and the upside-down composting device was adopted.Fertilizer device on the external groove wheel and fertilizer system is difficult to clean the problem.(4)Using Fluent to optimize the structure parameters of the fertilizer-dispenser,the flow field characteristics of the lower casing under different structure parameters were analyzed.The EDEM was used to simulate the fertilization process,Parameters,movement parameters,the amount of fertilizer regulation and fertilization brush blank and so on the impact of fertilization process.(5)Verification test and performance test were carried out on the unit and the whole machine of the second round.The results show that the consistency coefficient of variation coefficient of row fertilizer is 3%,the coefficient of variance of fertilizer stability is 4%,and the coefficient of variation of coefficient of variation of fertilizer stability is 4%,Uniform coefficient of variation of fertilizer 5%,broken rate is zero,in line with national standards fertilization machinery.
