| Three longan varieties, i.e. Dawuyuan, Shixia and Chuliang, were employed as the plant materials. The plants were treated with different amounts of ongan fanjicu? hualing?in the root soil, e. g. Dawuyuan 0.5Kg/Tree and 1Kg/Tree, Shixia 1Kg/Tree and 1.5Kg/Tree, and Chuliang 1. 5Kg/Tree. Each variety had a control. The major agrono? mical characters were investigated. Some physiological and biochemical characters and nutrient contents in the leaves of different varieties were determined at different stages. The main results were as follows: ongan fanjicuhualing?treatment initially inhibited the activities of peroxidase in the leaves of Dawuyuan, but promoted the activities of peroxidase in the leaves of Shixia. ongan fanjicuhualing?had no influence on the activities of polyphenol oxidase. ongan fanjicu? hualing?treatment increased the activities of IAA oxidase in Shixia variety, inhibited the activities of IAA oxidase 45 in Dawuyuan. ongan fanjicuhualing?treatment increased the soluble protein content of Shizia for a long time obviously, and distinctly increased the chlorophyll content of Shixia and Dawuyuan too. When ongan fanjicuhualing?was applied, It had different influence on different varities. It decreased the nitrogen content in the leaves of Shixia and the nitrogen content had a positive correlation with soluble protein. It also decreased the contents of phosphorus, calcium, zinc and manganese in the leaves of Shixia treatment . ongan fanjicuhualing increased the content of chlorine in leaves and had a positive correlation with anthesis and the quantity of ongan fanjicuhualing?applied. In most cases, the mineral element contents in the leaves of Dawuyuan were opposited to those in Shixia. ongan fanjicuhualing?had no evidently harmful influence on the proportion and contents of all mineral elements tested in the soil. The application of ongan fanjicuhualing?increased Vc content (+39.32 mg/bog) in the fruits of Chuliang variety which was the only varity that we got fruits in the present study. by comparing with the data of document. a . 46 ongan fanjicuhualing?activated and strengthen the enzymes that had positive correlation with reproductions and fertility, and adjusted the absorption of different mineral nutrient elements and changed the contents and ratio of nutrient elements in the parts of longan plants. All these might be good to bloom and fruitetting. |
