The changing regularity of biochemical indexes (jphenylamne ammonia-lyase PAL, poy~cnddase PPO, puoxidase POD) are studied mleaf of soybean near-isogemc line fcr frog-eye leaf spot infected by ceicos porn sauna, and the insults are as the followes: 1.The changing of PAL in leaf takes an some regularity and relates with disease resistance to frog-eye leaf spot During 1-Sdays aft~ inoculation, activity of PAL in lines af rises nm quickly and greatly than that of susceptible lines. Uptothe5thdaytheactivityreaciithepeak,iheadeclines. 2. The changing of PPO is similar with that of PAL. .In addition, at the 5th day the enzyme actr~.ity of resistant lines is higho~ than that of susceptible lines. 3. During 1-3 days afl&moct馻tlon, the activity of POD has no clear diffemnces bet~en resistant lines and susceptible lines. then the activity of POD rises sharply ..During this times resistant lines have highs enzyme activity than susceptible lines. 4.PAL~PPO and POD have important effect in resistance to frog-eye leaf spot of soybean At the begitming , PAL and PPO ex~t main fimctian ,then POD come into action ~. These is no clear diffes~eaces bet~n lines inoculated race 1 and race 7,winch illustrates these enzymes are common biochemical mechanism but not for special one. 6. The same biochemical index of near-isoga馽 line has a little diffnsices which comes from the complexity of pbysiological envircmment...
