Soybean frogeye leaf spot is a fungal disease affecting soybean yield, which is common in soybean producing areas in the world.Heilongjiang Province is the most serious and harmful area for soybean frogeye leaf spot in China.Breeding disease-resistant varieties(lines)is the most direct and effective method for controlling soybean gray leaf spot. Therefore,it is of great significance to select new soybean lines with excellent comprehensive traits and resistance to frogeye leaf spot.In the early stage of this study, the high-pressure spray method of isolated leaves of soybean gray spot disease was preliminarily constructed. In this study, the identification method was used to identify the disease resistance of 486 descendant families derived from 203 soybean germplasm resources and 5 recombinant populations, and use the direct spray method of soybean leaf spot disease in vivo and the field spray method of soybean leaf spot disease verify the accuracy of the high pressure spray method of soybean leaf spot disease in vitro.Combined with the investigation of agronomic traits, the disease resistance resources with excellent comprehensive traits were selected. The main results were as follows:(1)A total of 203 soybean germplasm resources and 486 progeny lines derived from 5 recombinant populations were identified by high pressure spraying in greenhouse using soybean leaf spot disease highpressure spray method.36 high resistant germplasm resources were obtained, including Hefeng 23,Kejiao 4430-20,Hefeng 29,and 34 high resistant lines, including B2,W33,HF3 and so on.Resistance varies greatly among families.(2)By comparing the resistance performance of soybean germplasm resources in different regions, approved years, breeding units and accumulated temperate zones,it was found that the overall performance of soybean germplasm resources in Heilongjiang Province was the best, and there were the most resistant germplasm resources, the most high resistance germplasm resources were approved at the beginning of the 21 st century, and the germplasm resources approved before 1980 s,1980s and 10 s of the 21 st century had the best resistance. It was found that Heilongjiang Province had the best resistance germplasm resources.Jiamusi Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences has the most high resistance germplasm resources,Bei'an Huajiang seed Industry Co.,Ltd.,Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural Reclamation University and other germplasm resources have the best resistance. The germplasm resources in the second accumulated temperate zone of Heilongjiang Province showed the most high resistance, and the germplasm resources in the sixth accumulated temperate zone had the best resistance.(3)The coincidence of resistance evaluation results of soybean frogeye leaf spot isolated leaves by high pressure spray method and living leaf direct spray method was 87.34%,which further verified the accuracy of resistance evaluation results.(4)The resistance evaluation results of soybean leaf spot disease in the field by spray method are higher than those of soybean leaf spot disease by high pressure spray method, but the resistance evaluation results of the two identification methods are basically positively correlated.(5)For the new strains identified by the high-pressure spray method of isolated leaves of soybean gray leaf spot, there are 54 strains with 6 repeats that are all highly resistant in different batches, with a compliance rate of 81.82%.(6)A total of 13 new lines with excellent comprehensive traits and carrying the resistance of gray spot disease 1 physiological race, including Hefeng 23,Hefeng 24,Dongnong 59,Keshan 1,Heinong 68,Beifeng 14,Kenfeng 13,Jindou 21,Kennong 4 and other 9 germplasm resources,any2,CH94,HF28,W38 and other 4 strains.
