By mitotic chromosome kaiyotype analysis, the primary trisomic line of 9405-7 was identified as triplo-5. The effects on photosynthesis of 5 primary trisomics (trip-i, triplo-2, triplo-5, triplo-8, triplo-l0) and 2 double trisomics (triplo-3,5, triplo-3,6) were investigated. The photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercell CO2 content, soluble protein content, Rubisco activity and specific activity, chlorophyll content, Hill reaction were analysed. The results showed: all investigated trisomics but triplo- 10 had a positive effect on Hill reaction; all investigated trisomics but triplo-3,5 had a negative effect on the specific activity of Rubisco. In addition, triplo-i, triplo-8 and triplo-3,6 had a negative effect on stomatal conductance, Rubisco activity, soluble protein content, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate; triplo-2 had a positive effect on stomata! conductance, chlorophyll content; triplo-5 had a positive effect on soluble protein content, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate; triplo-lO had a positive effect on stomatal conductance, soluble protein content, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate; triplo-3,5 had a negative effect on chlorophyll content. The correlationship analysis between photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(gs), intercell CO2 content(Ci) showed that there was a positive correlationship between Pu and gs, but the correlationship between Pn and Ci was significant at 0.01 level. There was a significant correlationship between chlorophyll a/b and Hill reaction activity, which meant the different component of chlorophyll a,b controlled the Hill reaction negatively. The seed set, reductive sugar content and POD activity of flower bud at beginning flowering phase were investigated, the results showed that the investigated trisomics were characterized by lower seed set, lower POD activity and lower reductive sugar content.
