Global change, especially elevated CO2 will lead to a series of change of territorial ecosystem .The effect of elevated CO2 is very important factor directly related with human being. In this study, by make measurement of all kind of physiological ecology parameters of three main tree species Fraxinus mandshurica Betura platyphylla Quercus mongolica during whole growing season in elevated CO2 with international advance Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, Analyze the effect of elevated CO2 on dynamic of day and season of photosynthesis , transpiration and stomata conductance .And explain all these effects from the view of ecology and get the conclusion elevated CO2 increase the photosynthesis and water use effeciency of Fraxinus mandshurica and Betura platyphylla, decrease stomata conduction and transpiration of them . The sequences of response of three tree species is Quercus mongolica> Fraxinus mandshurica> Betura platyphylla. For Betura platyphylla, transpiration is more sensitive.
