This research was done to find out the physiological and biotechnological variance of loquat flower bud in physiological differentiation, and the respondence of loquat's flower bud to the spraying of 6-BA of different consistence and in different period, the main results are as follows:1.During the stage of physiological differentiation of the control, GAs, ZRs and the ratio of GAs/ZRs experienced a gradually increased course, whereas IAA decreased in the beginning and increased at the end of physiological differentiation. The variance of ABA is the contrary to that of fAA. This experiment conformed that the hormone balance is of greater significance than the level of single hormone.2.The flower bud?physiological differentiation of loquat tree needs low level of water as well as high content of resolvable sugar, nucleic acid, DNA, RNA, and high ratio of RNA/DNA.3.The effect of 6-BA spraying during the period of physiological differentiation on loquat tree is that 6-BA hinders the differentiation of flower bud both in erect branch and in lateral branch, the higher content and the later the 6-BA was sprayed , the more significant negative effect was found.4.After the spraying of 6-BA during the period of physiological differntiation on loquat tree, the synthesis of GA1+3 ABA and ZRs was stimulated, whereas the level of fAA decreased simultaneously.5.In accordance to every physiological indicatrix, the variance of 6-BA?consistence lead to the most significant variance of the content of GA1+3 and ABA , at the consistence of 200X 106, the hindering effect is of the most significant; The variance of spraying period make significant dissimilarity of the content of ABA and protein as well as the most significant dissimilarity of the content of resolvable sugar.
