This experiment tests the influencing factors that include endogenous hormone, abscisic acid, auxin, corn ZR and GA; mineral elements of calcium, copper, potassium, magnesium, boron, zinc and nitrogen; starch, soluble sugar and reducing sugar; soluble protein and combined with the parafin sections to know how they affect the flower bud differentiation of the Red Globe Grape. The results as follows:1. During the development process of the flower bud differentiation of the Red Globe Grape, the content of GAand ABA decrease gradually, and when the flower bud differentiation is over, the content of them are stable. IAA (auxin) and maize (ZR) content increase gradually in the early stage, when the process is in the most vigorous, the content of them reach to the maximum, in the end of differentiation, the content of them are stable. GA and ABA inhibition of flower bud differentiation of Red Globe Grape, IAA and ZR promote the flower bud differentiation.2. The content of Ca, P, K, Cu increase quickly until the maximum at the earlier of flower bud differentiation process, then the content of them reduce slowly, when the bud differentiation over, the content of them are stable. The content of Zn increase slowly until the end phase increase quickly. The content of Mg and N increase quickly, when the process is in the most vigorous, the content of them reach to the maximum. P, K, Cu promote the flower bud differentiation of Red Globe Grape in the early stage; Zn promote the flower bud differentiation in the end; Ca, Mg and N promote the flower bud differentiation of Red Globe Grape.3. The content curve of starch, reducing sugar, soluble sugar and soluble protein are similar. Before differentiation the content of them are the lowest, when it starts the content of them are increase quickly, the content of them reach to the maximum in the second branch differentiation stage. After that the content of them decease slowly. At the end of this process the content of them are higher than before. So starch.reducing sugar, soluble sugar and soluble protein can promote the flower bud differentiation of Red Globe Grape.4. Observe paraffin slices of different period flower bud differentiation:the fifth section flower bud differentiation is the most efficient. The sixth flower bud is lower than the fifth. In the center of the fifth section, the flower bud differentiation advance to the both end.
