The paper discuss on quality meat production effect in Yanbian Yellow Cattle using Alcohol桭ermented Feedstuff. The test chose near weight and month age 6 Yanbian Yellow stock steer (bullock) divided into random test group and control. Test group is feed on Alcohol桭ermented Feedstuff, and control group isn抰. The result indicated:(1)By three month feeding test, increment of body height, body length, chest round, chest wide, hucklebone wide, hipbone wide, rump length of test group are higher than control group, different of body height, hucklebone wide, rump length, chest round are marked (p0.05).(3)The result of slaughtering test indicated: dressing percentage, net meat rate of test group is 57.24%,45.62%, control group is 52.84%,40.94%, the different is marked (p<0.0I~. M.(m.longissimus thoracis et hlmborum) square of test group is 85.64cm2, control group is 80.02cm2 , the different is marked (p0.O5); By mineral substance element analyze, Ca, Zn, Fe, Cu content of test group are higher than control, all different aren抰 marked (p>O.OS).
